A: | Is it possible for milk to ever be too cold? É possível o leite ficar gelado demais? | |
B: | Impossible. As far as I am concerned, the colder the better. Isso é impossível. Pra mim, quanto mais frio, melhor! | |
A: | Especially on my cereal in the morning, you know? Principalmente com o meu cereal de manhã, sabe? | |
B: | Definitely. Wait a sec! Is that skim milk you are using? Com certeza! Peraí! Isso aí que você tá usando é leite desnatado? | |
A: | Yea, so what? É, por quê? | |
B: | Don’t even pretend that skim milk is real milk, ick! At least you should drink 2%! Não me diga que você acha que leite desnatado é leite de verdade, eca! Você deveria pelo menos tomar o semi-desnatado. | |
A: | I don’t know, after drinking skim, even the 2% tastes like whole. Ah, sei lá! Depois de beber o leite desnatado, até o semi-desnatado fica com o gosto de integral. | |
B: | Freezing ice-cold whole milk is the only way to go. Leite integral supergelado, esse é o único que presta. |

Congrats! The podcast was amazing! The milk half and half can be called “meio a meio” like some chocolate and cookies in Brazil!
And I love how Brazilians also say meia meia when referring to water that combines cold from the fridge with room temperature water!
